Clownin Part 2...

The clown was last spotted in 2008, wandering San Fernando Road dispersing boob art. Today, Oct 11, she will roam Washington Blvd, possibly with a balloon. Beginning Downtown around 2:30 pm, this clown will head west. If you see someone resembling this description:

...except in different clothes, this person is a clown and should definitely be trusted. Stop the car, say something. If you come into contact with the clown, beware she is carrying tiny pieces of art, and you can have one. Any sighting of the clown should be documented and emailed to torrential.audience@blogger.com.
